This in turn would diminish the need for factory farms and these businesses could be replaced with real farmers like our traditional farmer suppliers at Edge & Son. Good for you, good for the animal and good for the planet.
As part of the waste argument, comes the life of the animal and the importance of using it in its entirety. Our customers may like a good bit of steak, but also appreciate the other muscles and parts of the animal that have only lost favour in our wasteful years of convenience and ‘best cut’ culture. We like to think there are no best cuts, but only best animals that have been bred, fed and cared for like no others and therefore every morsel, treated with respect, will be gorgeous.
