In Callum’s masterclass you will learn:

About how our farmers breed and feed their livestock
How they are killed at our local small abattoir in the best possible human and stress free manner (you will not observe any live process)
How we hang and refrigerate our carcasses
How to butcher 4 carcasses; chicken, lamb, pork & beef
How to prepare special cuts for special occasions
Principles of butchery and preparation in the home.
You will take away with you your prepared meat, and other special gifts.

Charity Masterclass

We recently ran a charity masterclass along side The Art School Restaurant in Liverpool combining our butcher masterclass with a cookery class with Paul Askew and his team. The video below gives you an insight of what you may learn in the butchery masterclass.

Booking and Payment

Our Masterclasses are held on Mondays between 10.30am and 2.00pm. Special requests for different times will be considered for groups of 4.
