Description

Our Dry Cured Back Bacon is made in-house using native breed pork loin from local farms. Cured slowly by hand with a traditional dry rub, this bacon is rich, savoury and free from added water or artificial preservatives.

It’s cut thick for a proper rasher, perfect for breakfast, bacon butties or cooking with. Made in small batches with care and experience.
