Our Topside of Beef is cut from native breed cattle raised on local farms, hung and dry aged for depth of flavour and tenderness. This lean roasting joint is ideal for a traditional Sunday lunch, producing beautifully pink slices when cooked medium rare.
Prepared in-house by our skilled butchers, with care taken at every step from farm to counter.
Weights can vary, so we ask for a £20 deposit, with the remainder due on delivery or collection.
