Our Smoked Streaky Bacon is made in-house using native breed pork belly, dry cured by hand and traditionally smoked for a rich, savoury flavour. The generous layering of meat and fat makes it ideal for crisping up in the pan, wrapping around joints, or adding depth to stews and roasts.
