Description

Our Steak Pie is a true classic, made in-house using slow-cooked chunks of native breed beef, gently braised in a rich, savoury gravy until tender and full of flavour. It’s then wrapped in our buttery, flaky homemade shortcrust pastry, hand-rolled and baked to perfection.

Prepared using beef from rare and native breeds raised by trusted local farmers, this pie is a celebration of proper butchery and traditional cooking. We make them in small batches in our Edge & Son kitchen, using no shortcuts and no unnecessary additives, just real, honest ingredients.

Each pie is sold frozen for convenience, making it an easy, satisfying option to keep in the freezer for a quick midweek dinner or a hearty Sunday meal.
