Best braised or slow cooked, the meat gently falls from the bone, creating a comforting, hearty dish that’s perfect for colder days or relaxed weekend cooking.
Ordering information: A £10 deposit is required when placing your order. The remaining balance, charged at £16.50 per kg, will be due on collection. If your deposit exceeds your order, you will get refunded the amount on collection.
