A versatile roasting joint that delivers all the flavour of a classic leg of lamb, with the added ease of simple carving. Our boned-out leg comes from British lamb, raised on pasture and carefully prepared by our butchers to retain its natural shape and succulence.

With the bone removed, this cut is ideal for rolling and stuffing, slow roasting, or cooking evenly for a stress-free centrepiece. Rich, tender and full of character, it’s a reliable choice for both special occasions and relaxed family meals.

Ordering information: A £20 deposit is required when placing your order. The remaining balance, charged at £30.50 per kg, will be due on collection.
