Our silverside of beef is a classic roasting joint – lean, tender, and full of traditional flavour. Cut from rare breed cattle raised by trusted local farmers, each joint is hung for longer to enhance its depth of flavour and natural tenderness.
This cut is perfect for a traditional Sunday roast. It cooks beautifully, carving into neat, juicy slices that are packed with rich, beefy taste. Whether served hot with gravy or cold in sandwiches the next day, our silverside is proper butcher’s beef – simple, honest, and full of character.
Ordering information: A £20 deposit is required when placing your order. The remaining balance, charged at £17.40 per kg, will be due on collection.
