Our abattoir works to the highest and most craft-worthy standards learnt through generations. We pride ourselves on the stress free nature of this part of the business for the livestock and the farmers. We skin and split by hand which adds to the care and craft.
We offer a bespoke service for farmers for their slaughter, butchery and packing. Our systems allow us to label for yours and your customers’ needs. We will hang and store your livestock to your specification. For avoidance of doubt, we will not entertain or practise any religious or non- stunned methods of kill. Animal husbandry in our abattoir is our number one priority.
