Our Smoked Back Bacon is made using native breed pork from local farms, dry cured in-house and traditionally smoked for a deep, savoury flavour. The result is thick-cut, full-flavoured bacon with just the right balance of salt and smoke.
Perfect for breakfast, sandwiches or adding depth to soups and stews. Made in small batches using proper butchery and time-honoured methods.
