Storeton Belted Galloways was born from the passion of Tom and Jess Bowling, co-owners of Edge and Son, for farming and sustainable food. What started as a small endeavor has grown into a thriving herd of  Belted Galloway cattle. When Tom and Jess took over Edge and Son, they saw the perfect opportunity to bring their farm and butchery business together. Now, Storeton Belted Galloways is an integral part of what we do, providing premium, home-reared beef with unparalleled traceability and care.

Our cattle are raised on lush, natural pastures, grazing freely throughout the year. A grass-fed diet is essential not only for the health of the cattle but also for the quality of the beef. We pride ourselves on keeping food miles to an absolute minimum. Our farm is just a short drive from our butchery in New Ferry, ensuring the journey from farm to shop is as short and stress-free as possible. By keeping everything local, we reduce our environmental impact and maintain the freshest possible meat for our customers.
