Our Dry Cured Streaky Bacon is made in-house using native breed pork belly, cured by hand with a traditional dry rub and left to mature slowly for maximum flavour. With a perfect balance of meat and fat, it cooks up beautifully crisp and rich, ideal for breakfasts, roasting or adding depth to your cooking.
Made in small batches using pork from trusted local farms.
