Our delicatessen is an extension of our butchery – a place where traditional skills meet homemade goodness. Everything we make is crafted in-house using native and rare breed meat from our own butchers, cooked and prepared by hand in our kitchen.

From golden pies and sausage rolls to scotch eggs, cheese crowns and pork pies, everything is made with the same care and traceability that’s been at the heart of Edge & Son since 1844.

Alongside our homemade range, you’ll find a selection of local and artisan produce – from Solo Bread’s freshly baked loaves and pastries, to cooked meats, handmade pasta, sauces, jams, chutneys, oils, and more.
